Sponsorship Opportunities

We are hugely grateful to the Spanish Tourist Office – Turespana, the Principality of Asturias, the Las Caldas Hotel, the Gran Hotel Las Caldas and all local partners for their support. Without their sponsorship, it would not be possible to run the Overseas Conference.

There are also opportunities for our Business Partners to promote their brands to other members of the AITO Family.

Unlike some events and conferences, AITO is a great believer in making it possible for companies of all shapes and sizes to have the opportunity to be a sponsor. We have a number of options available from only £295. Naturally, the greater the investment, the greater the exposure, with some options including video or stage time.

Headline Sponsor Day One – £2495 per sponsor

This opportunity offers the widest range of exposure during the conference and includes two free conference fees. You will get five minutes podium time.

Package details:

• Branding – opportunity to dress the conference room with your company collateral. 
• Pre-Event Promotion – sponsorship recognised and logo featured on conference material and social media. 
• During Conference – Recognition of Sponsorship by AITO Chair. 
• Podium Time – You have five minutes which can be a comibination of presentation and video. 
• VAMOOS – a page on the Vamoos App with your logo and message. 
• Delegate List – access to the Conference Delegate List in advance. 

Headline Sponsor Day Two – £1495 per sponsor

This opportunity offers the widest range of exposure during the conference and includes one free conference fee. You will get three minutes podium time.

AITO Late Night Bar – £ 595 per night

This opportunity offers the widest range of exposure and includes one free conference fee, if you are a sponsor for all three nights.

Package details:

• Branding – opportunity to dress the conference room with your company collateral. 
• Pre-Event Promotion – sponsorship recognised and logo featured on conference
  material and social media.
• During Conference – Recognition of Sponsorship by AITO Chair.
• Podium Time – You have the opportunity to say a few words and welcome everyone at the bar.
• Branded Drinks Vouchers – You can create your own drinks vouchers or it can be designed for you. Each voucher is for one drink per person.
• Delegate List – access to the Conference Delegate List in advance.

DineAround Hosts – £295 per restaurant 

This opportunity offers a great way to engage with different delegates at one of up to five restaurants. 

Package details:

• Branding – opportunity to dress the restaurant with your company collateral.
• Pre-Event Promotion – sponsorship recognised and logo featured on conference material and social media.
• During Conference – Recognition of Sponsorship by AITO Chair.
• You will have the opportunity to say a few words and welcome everyone at your restaurant.
• Delegate List – access to the Conference Delegate List in advance.
• Once the list of restaurants is confirmed, Hosts will be able to select their restaurant in the order they have signed up to Host.
